Yet Another Cornish Led Breakthrough In Modern Transportation

Slut's For Sale

Back in 1798, Cornwall played a major role in creating modern transport as we know it, when Cornish inventor Richard Trevithick managed to make a steam engine small enough to propel itself on wheels, thus creating the worlds first ever car. Over 200 years on, and just ten miles down the road, in the early hours of this morning, after a lengthy all day drinking session in the Ship Inn, a group of hardy Cornish lads have risked life and limb in creating the worlds first ever rocket powered skateboards. Apart from a few complaints from neighbours trying to sleep, we're told their first testing session was a great success. The details are still vague however, due to the fact that most of the lads are still nursing their hangovers, but we'll have more info for you as soon as we get it.
